The final stage of the Utah Entrepreneur Series, the Utah Entrepreneur Challenge is one of the largest business plan competitions in the nation. The Challenge focuses on the development of a full, comprehensive business plan, which will be analyzed and judged by leaders within Utah’s business community. Participants often advance to create successful business start-ups. University students from across Utah are eligible for entry.
On average, about 200 teams register for the UEC each year. Thirty teams move on after the first round of judging. The top ten teams are selected to move on to the final presentations.
